Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Bright Beacon Staffing Partners and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to temp assignments. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on temp assignments. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
