Bluepeak Juniper Banking Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. • Local job-centre and school contacts.
