Harborlight Yarrow Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to scheduling. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
