Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Louisville, KY)

Redstone Yarrow Legal Group is a Louisville practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
