Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Orchard Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Little Rock serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fraud alerts. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
