Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Las Vegas, NV)

Nova Beacon Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Las Vegas region, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to timekeeping. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on timekeeping. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
