Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Kansas City, MO)

Lumen Cobalt Learning Group is an education provider in Kansas City serving students and families, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to student accounts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on student accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
