Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Loom Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Kansas City area. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease renewals. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
