Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Cross Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Kansas City serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 991 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account openings. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
