Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Kansas City, MO)

Stonegate Oak Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer sites. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
