Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Kansas City, MO)

Bluepeak Field Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Kansas City, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
