Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Kansas City, MO)

Amberfield Meridian Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 615 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to test reports. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
