Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Vista Markets serves neighbourhoods around Kansas City with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to store inventory. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on store inventory. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
