Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Oak Hospitality and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier orders. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
