Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Jacksonville, FL)

Clearpath Meridian Facilities is a facilities company in Jacksonville with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to work orders. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on work orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
