Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Jackson, MS)

Stonegate Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
