Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Jackson, MS)

Silverline Vista Property Management is a Jackson property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident events. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
