Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Birch Legal Group and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to court deadlines. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on court deadlines. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
