Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Jackson, MS)

Redstone Lantern Insurance is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to policy renewals. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on policy renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
