Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Jackson, MS)

Greenridge Lantern Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to attendance records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on attendance records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
