Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Jackson, MS)

Harborlight Ember Housing is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance stores. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
