Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Indianapolis, IN)

Clearpath Summit Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Indianapolis, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to meal programmes. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on meal programmes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
