Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Grand Rapids, MI)

Greenridge Hollow Freight Partners is a Grand Rapids logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 346 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loads and lanes. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
