Ironwood Corner Property Management is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident events. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident events. • Local job-centre and school contacts.
