Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Grand Rapids, MI)

Fernwood Sable Community Partners Group is a Grand Rapids charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to grant reporting. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
