Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Sable Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Fresno, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food distribution. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on food distribution. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
