Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

Amberfield Yarrow Facilities is a facilities company in Fort Worth with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer sites. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
