Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

Silverline Meridian Facilities is a facilities company in Fort Worth with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supply orders. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supply orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
