Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

Fernwood Union Facilities is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 354 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer sites. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
