Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

Summit Mill Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
