Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Solutions and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 7 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supply orders. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supply orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
