Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Detroit, MI)

Ironwood Union Banking Services Partners is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fraud alerts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
