Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Dallas, TX)

Silverline Stone Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Dallas area. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We invest in training. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tickets. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
