Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Columbus, OH)

Redstone Bright Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Columbus, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to student accounts. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
