Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bright Quarry Care Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
