Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Cedar Bridge Care Services and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 231 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
