Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Cleveland, OH)

Northwind Union Health runs clinics and patient services around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to referrals. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
