Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Lumen Stone Telecom Group and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 486 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
