Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Cleveland, OH)

Bluepeak Cross Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Cleveland with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to reviews and feedback. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
