Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Cleveland, OH)

Greenridge Umber Hospitality is a hospitality company in Cleveland with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to group events. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
