Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Junction Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease compliance. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
