Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Chicago, IL)

Silverline Pine Markets is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier deliveries. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
