Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Chicago, IL)

Clearpath Keystone Telecom is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts.
