Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Charlotte, NC)

Highbridge West Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Charlotte, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fleet maintenance. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
