Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Charleston, SC)

Lumen Rowan Facilities is a facilities company in Charleston with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to cleaning schedules. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
