Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Charleston, SC)

Bright Fern Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Charleston with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 218 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to weigh tickets. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on weigh tickets.
