Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Buffalo, NY)

Bluepeak Sparrow Care Services Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client records. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
