Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Boston, MA)

Bluepeak Pine Learning Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
