Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Boston, MA)

Redstone Forge Care Services Partners is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Boston. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to care plans. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on care plans. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
