Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Boston, MA)

Fernwood Wren Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Boston. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 637 people based in Boston. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
